The primary tasks of the Water Treatment Plant are to: • Operate and maintain the Water Treatment plant, Raw Water Pumpstation, two booster pump stations and four elevated storage tanks. • Complete treatment of St. Mary's river water into drinking water and pump it into the distribution system. • Perform bacteria analysis for Chippewa County Health Department and for smaller local communities.
